Hey there! 👋 I'm Joseph, a busy engineer who was looking for a way to simplify my life. From going to work, driving my wife to classes, and taking care of two dogs, there was hardly time to find good recipes, let alone plan, shop, and cook them!
I know how stressful cooking can be, so I started looking for a tool that would help me and other busy people find and prepare the perfect recipes. I wanted something that would be easy to use and take the stress out of cooking.
After checking out a couple apps and websites, none of them seemed to fit my needs. I decieded I would build my own! The goal was to have the following:
This would solve all the pain points I was having and I would be able to cook more and enjoy it more. After about 2 weeks of programming and testing, I had a working version of the app and something that actually worked!
